Warm up exercises help teams with establish psychological safety, psychological safety help teams to fearlessly collaborate, innovate as we have learned from life experiences and many great books on this topic. So what are some warm up exercises you can play with your teams? These are some remote ones I’ve used and the feedback from all the Teams and Scrum Masters I have coached has been that a team that does warm up exercises at the start of a meeting generally stay more engaged and are able to contribute more, so here they are, I hope you too get value out of these quick warm up exercises.

  6. 2 truths and 1 lie 
  7. 8s
  8. 1 picture (that represents me and who I am)
  9. Virtual constellation – (All my tribe mates who …)
  10. If you had to eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
